Started as civil works contractor in year 1994 known as “Lifatt Water & Civil Engineering Sdn. Bhd.”

We have 20 years of experience in water works, civil engineering and building construction mechanical and electrical services, water reticulation works, waste water treatment, construction of R.C. Reservoir, earthworks, and road works.

Over the years, we have successfully completed and delivered various projects in time and quality, with accumulated project value more than RM350 million.

After 12 years of rapid growth, the group expanded and ventured into property development bringing together with its wealth of construction and civil engineering expertise.

Today, MJK Group has stood as a formidable and competitive developer in the region; delivering quality and reliable home and services to a broad range of customers.
